Life and Other

Starting my post with a cat provides me with inner peace *gets smacked*. That's what I need for the weekend =( Will have to work this Saturday but thank god my manager is understanding enough to let me off the weekends for the month of November. I really enjoy work but after giving out the wrong drinks to a few people, having the jugs topple on me and breaking a plate in a span of 2 days, yes my mood went down the drain for the rest of the week.

Social Life
Hurrrr someone dissed me about not keeping in contact with him for months and then shoved a survey up his nose XD;; I admit I haven't made any attempts to keep my social life on MSN active. With the amount of events, work and assignments I attend to, I hardly talk to people on MSN. I talk to an average of.... 4 people out of the 300 contacts on my list. Sad me yeah but I'd really like a conversation without it dying after 15 minutes so if I'm not confident enough to keep the convo going, I'll normally wont chat D8 so hit me.

Events
Yesh I've been attending events lately. The perks of signing up for random crap you don't remember doing haha. The downside is you'll have to endure them trying to sell you their packages and some of them really do hard selling and one of them is Marie France Bodyline >_> I was cornered and thrown into a cell then the consultant shoved me with their Open House package. Next week attending Dermalogica's launch of their new range which is catered to the younger people~ aged 15-25.

Uni Related JackShit
To say my uni life is so-so would be an understatement of the century... The day I say that would be the day I hack myself to death. My advisor is really being a pain as I have a few chapters with him which hasn't been approved. I have never been so grateful to purchase some book which I thought would be useless. Some journalist linked my area of research to the agenda-setting theory which is explained in the book, hooray~ The place is just full of simpletons and two-faced people. I guess I can stand two-faced people but the other... *facepalms* I think some of you guys have seen how much they lack...

Love Life
This is for Sylvene lol. I feel like we're drifting apart with our schedules and his marriage to his boss. As much as I'd like to be obviously upset, it won't solve anything so... meh. Bertahanlah aku.

And I ban you from dating me wearing this shirt. It's not a matter of whether I'm embarrassed or not. The shirt is just unfit to be worn out >_>

It's Christmas in Dior

Last Saturday I attended the Dior Christmas Party. It was more of a launch of their latest collection: Cristal Boreale Collection for Holiday 2009. For Christmas 09, Christian Dior collaborated with Swarovski House to create the star product of this collection using the legendary Aurore Boréale crystal : “Cristal Boréal”

An oval shaped pendant adorned with 52 Swarovski crystals and 4 of them are Aurore Boréale crystals. Of course, this isn't just a necklace to be worn. Inside the pendant contains a crystal effect gloss. Sadly because of its mirror surface, I couldn't get a nice picture of the necklace without the words looking as though it's appearing twice.

The whole range of their Cristal Boreale collection.

The participants were all treated to makeovers using the latest Cristal Boreale Collection.

Refreshments by San Francisco Coffee House~

Hands on demonstration by one of the Dior make up artist followed by a Q & A session.

The event was pretty cozy and the make up artists were super friendly. We also received a door gift which was a trial set of Dior's HydraLife range and I got their IconicShow mascara from their lucky draw~

Review: Bio-Essence Eye Bag Vanishing Mask

An intensive mask specially targeted to treat sagging and puffy eye bags, wrinkles and crow’s feet.In just 1 mask, visible initial results of firming and lifting of eye bags can be seen. Regular usage can also help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and crow's feet. (ginvera.com)

My first impression of Bio-Essence was that it catered to old women D: but I soon discovered myself holding a combo pack of the gold and silver bottle of Bio-Essence on my right arm and the receipt of my purchase on my left. This happened 2 years ago when I was worried how I'd look in photos when I cosplay, so out of fear, I went to purchase this. Shit expensive like duh but I heard many good comments about this product especially if both essence and serum used together. The masks came in free together with the combo pack.

What caught my eyes immediately was not the brand nor the mask name but the claim of visible results after the one mask. I've been dying to post my review on it but stuff kept coming up XD;; I tried the mask last Saturday since I had 2 makeovers in one day and I thought my eyes could use some pampering after all that make up.

I felt some tingling during the 15 minute treatment. It's a change compared to other masks but the million dollar question is whether is there visible results after the first try =D After I removed the mask and massaged the remaining essence onto my face, took a look at the mirror and saw my eye bags have slightly reduced =D Didn't bother to check more as I was darn sleepy x_x but I can tell you it's one product that works =)

Of Chopping Dicks and Skinning Balls

The title for today makes me feel like an evil person with a job that is both cruel and awesome. Of course, this title is a lot more interesting than me telling you I cut and peel hundreds of carrots and oranges twice a week so hit me XP. Initially this was suppose to be another review entry but there is more important news~ Taken from Anime News Network.

Manga creator Kazuya Minekura has launched her Saiyuki Ibun historical adventure series in the 11th issue of Ichijinsha's Zero Sum Ward magazine on Wednesday. According to Minekura in a July 16 blog entry, Saiyuki Ibun recounts how a man grew up to become the pivotal character Kōmyō, years before the first Saiyuki storyline.

Minekura had stated in a May 2 blog entry that her next series will be the final act of Saiyuki. However she had since downplayed that statement in a later July 12 entry. In that entry, she said that she will launch a series called Saiyuki Reload Blast in Monthly Comic Zero-Sum magazine in December. Monthly Comic Zero-Sum magazine is another Ichijinsha publication; it had serialized the Saiyuki Reload manga until its end in June.

Omg it's like a dream come true but at the same time, I'm wondering whether Saiyuki will EVER end. I'll go grab a copy of Zero Sum just to check it out. I can't understand shit any Jap but what the heck XD I highly doubt this will be scanlated and if it will be, it'll take months before it'll be released. My favorite is still Saiyuki Reload among all the series =D Chuang Yi, I'm still waiting for the rest of Reload manga! *shakes them*

Launch Hairy Birthday Makeover!

Because I have no better title to give for this entry XD and to make it sound more wrong, I've removed the commas and surprisingly the title somehow makes sense lol!

My Saturday started very early around 9am. Had to wake up early for the Dior launch at KLCC. I'll post a much more detailed report once I extract the pics from Audrey's camera but overall, the launch was good =D There was a makeover session for all of us with refreshments included thanks to San Francisco Coffee Malaysia. The perks of going to a launch? Door gifts and very kind SA's =P

A set of Dior's HydraLife skincare range.

and a 4ml Dior Iconic mascara I won from a lucky draw =D

After the launch, I rushed to Jonathan's house to pick Jared's spares which could last him a lifetime. Just kidding... they were only rambutans =D Met his dog too which is a fat bundle of joy.

Fatfat girl <3

Didn't manage to get my assignment paper back since I couldn't stop molesting the dog and Ezel was calling ;w; so rushed to MidValley for a superbly late lunch with Ezel and his sekret date. Delicious is officially overrated to my tummy now =/. I've only ate there 3 times but I find the food just so-so. The portions are small and might get you bitching the moment they serve it but they're very filling. I was surprised at how full I was after eating my miserable slab of lasagna.

Plenty of time before our movie so I dragged Jared all around MidValley looking for my crap XD;; Yesh and we finally watch Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs X3 which was a very filling movie XD;;; Before we left, went to the Estee lauder roadshow for my touch up HAHA! Awesomeness for having 2 makeovers in one day XD

Road to Bangsar was effing jam but we made it with free parking~ Dinner was..

New York Fish & Chips at Fish & Co., Bangsar Village I

For RM10.90, this dish is damn worth every single cent =D cuz it's fish stuffed with cheese~ An average Fish and Chips at those coffee shop stalls already costs RM9.90 onwards. Pics of Masako's birthday is in Audrey's camera sadly D:

CLEO November 09

Some interesting freebies/offers I found in the magazine =D

  1. Anna Sui Rock Me perfume redemption is still on so grab a copy and flash it to their selected outlets and get a sample plus a fragrance consultation (wtf)

  2. Vichy Bi-White essence and night cream samples. Just cut out the coupon and redeem. It's the same offer as last month's issue =D

  3. Dermalogica Clean Start trial pack. Yay something new~ Another cut-out coupon and redeem at AsterSprings or Leonardo Drake outlets.

  4. M.A.C Rocks Fashion workshop. Hur, a very affordable workshop limited to only the first 25 people that sent in entries complete with payment. It's not too late to sign up as the magazine only came out yesterday =D Entry fee is only RM30 so go try your luck if you're a M.A.C fan =D. I don't think I'll be joining since my face hasn't really agreed with M.A.C's products so far.

  5. Mabelle Travel Size Cleanser. Cut-out coupon~ Don't know the brand so will probably do some research on it first before I redeem it. Kinda far =/ as their outlet is in Sunway Pyramid.

  6. Montagne Jeunesse. Yes they're giving out samples again, wonder what I'll get this time =D Really hope it's not another face tonic XD

Yes this is finally a proper update of my day TwT9

Separation of Life and Reviews

I've decided to separate entries about my life and my reviews. It feels more organized to me. The whole week I had a black cloud of thunder hovering over me. Honestly to me, backstabbing is the least of people's problems as much as they hate them. I for one don't give a fuck about people backstabbing me. In fact, I'd love to see what stupid stories people can come up about me. If you're one of my close friends and you take whatever people said about me to heart and you start to evaluate me based on what a stranger says about your close friend, I suggest you gtfo now. I trust you of all know how to differentiate between right and wrong.

What I hate the most is people forming their own conclusions without confirming with the main source. It's a pity you do not understand the sole reason I'm upset but you don't care as long as you've already got what you want don't you? You don't even have the balls to come up to me and confront me. Instead, you think it's better to spread it around as a joke. Well, it's a plus point I'm making people laugh I guess.

On another topic entirely, what are the chances of changing my car hon to something as loud as those big lorries or tankers? I'd like to have one D: cuz I think the current sound of my honk is just like having a kid squealing to adults to move aside D: Car's don't take me seriously TwT and it got me pissed when they cut me and not moving any faster =A= I was having this bitchy attitude the whole day honking at any car/lorry that annoyed me.

Today I also witnessed something that can put all humankind to shame =( I saw this blind man crossing the road and another sighted man just walked past by him. He even GLANCED behind and there's no mistake he saw the blind fella but the sighted one just kept crossing the road omg... I was stupid to have just sat rooted in my car thinking that guy will help him cross the road. Thank gods the motorcycles on the zebra crossing moved aside, it'll hurt like a bitch if his leg touches the exhaust pipe.

Will be going for the Dior launch event, so at least I'll have something happy to blog about together with Bio-Essence review.

Review: The Body Shop Tea Tree Facial Mask

Ignore the previous post as it was about my rambles off parents =(. Been annoying me for the past few weeks and it was the last straw this morning. At Sherry's request, I've decided to try and write my review about the Tea Tree Facial Mask from The Body Shop. So... *rummages for the sample* there we go.

Leave skin feeling deeply cleansed and refreshed with an instantly cooling mask that helps remove impurities and absorb excess oil while soothing and calming blemish-prone skin. Copypasta from their main site as usual.

Apply the green gook onto your dry and cleansed face. Since I wanted to see the long term effects of this mask (and because I'm a stingy bitch too!), I've only applied onto my T-zone and chin area which are acne prone spots. Use a brush for hygiene purposes. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and enjoy the cooling minty sensation~ The only plus point for using cream/clay masks instead of paper masks is that you can walk around doing your chores while paper masks pretty much confines you to your bed giving you the best 20 minutes nap ever.

Not much difference can be seen from the mask treatment other than the enjoyable treatment session. I can't vouch for the 'absorbing excess oil' statement as mentioned on the main site as their facial wash already did the trick. I'm still wondering whether clay masks are more cost effective than paper masks.

Mumbo Jumbo

To post back a reply on your own FB profile in response to mine shows that you ACKNOWLEDGE the fact that you did make a decision without my consent. It's just so disgusting how people don't bother to apologize for doing so. Heck one of them even LIED to be saying it's to separate the gangs. Apparently, after asking a few more people, I found out that this was to cut back the stress of the very person who lied to me. Ulterior motive right there. Instead of choosing to confront Erng Mei, the person that made you miserable, you choose to run to another group and make someone else's life miserable. Hope you rot in hell.

Please don't tell I'm benefiting from this change cuz as I see, the only person who's benefiting would be you. None of us, or to be more precise, I don't see any benefit joining C's group. To each group, their own cons. When people refer to C's group, I only see horrified and shocked expressions topped up with an OMG mouth and it's not the happy OMG I'm talking about. You've always referred E M as a liability followed by C, now you dump me in her group is the same as doubting that you have the confidence to make the best of the original group. I'm suspecting that you just don't wish to work with E M which made the changes.

I'm not pissed at whatever the so called 'benefits' I'm getting. I'm pissed at the way you handle things. You decided having some secret meeting then breaking the news would be much better? Effective? Yes you got what YOU wan. Ethical? Fuck no. Grow up dammit.

You're disturbed by my swear words? Grow up cuz it'll be in your book once you step into the working field.

More Hauls

Samples from my Tuesday haul =D

I definitely try not to miss out on Bobbi Brown's makeover X3 cuz their makeup really looks natural on my skin, hiding most of my disastrous pimples at the same time. Really loved the mini makeover done by Nicole. The makeover only consists of the SA testing foundation shades on your face then handing you the sample but she added blusher and creamy lipstick on my face too! <3

Before I left, dropped by Kiehl's to pick up a sample from the Sunflower range but they ran out so I asked for any shampoo suitable for damaged hair and they recommended me the Olive Fruit Oil range =D

The Tea Tree Facial Wash sample I got from The Body Shop is starting to show results <3 There's less redness around the areas with pimples :3 so chances of me buying the product is high plus I'll get a surprise gift if I bring back the sample jar <3

Still Walking Down The Road of Rotten Luck

As if my luck isn't bad enough, today I couldn't get my car to start D: so my plans to head to the DBKL clinic before college was screwed. Hope the mechanic will arrive in time tomorrow since I have to get to the clinic urgently before my supervisor skins me alive for delaying this.

There's lots of things I wanna blog about but I can't extract the pictures out of my camera and phone TwT. Gonna highlight here just for my reference:

  • TheHAYAN @ Jaya One

  • BTRC BB

  • NekoNekoLand

  • Freebie haul (as usual)

I hate when people deal with things without thinking. Another month or so of torture and it'll be over, I just have to suffer until then. freebies shall keep me alive and happy D8.... I hope.

Fashion rants! Been ages I posted something cute up.

Chevron Tunic Dress from DoubleWoot. Lovely motives and the patterns on this purple dress looks so beautiful <3 Only thing stopping me from buying is the dress length. I'd really hate to chop the length of such a pretty dress.

Ed hardy bikinis me like 8D. I started liking stuff from Ed Hardy after I saw some blog selling their sunnies. Bikini from Bikini Republic. Around RM60-80.

Review: The Body Shop Tea Tree Facial Wash

Tea tree oil is known to combat acne effectively. Drop by any pharmacy you'll see a gazillion brands coming up with their own tea tree range. The Body Shop has an entire shelf dedicated to worship their Tea Tree range *gets smacked*. Many thanks to their All-You-Can-Try Mondays, I got a sample of their Tea Tree Facial Wash. Got their mask last week and have yet to review.

Prevents blemishes and removes excess oil with a refreshing gel-bashed facial wash that won’t over-dry your skin and is gentle enough for daily use. Taken from thebodyshop-usa.com Comes in a bottle of 250ml at RM44. I'd say it's worth it since an average cleanser costs RM15-18 for 120ml.

The moment I opened the sample jar, the mild smell of tea + herb flooded my nostrils. It's slightly more watery compared to gel substance so you only need a little amount as it spreads very easily on the face. The 5ml sample they gave me could last me quite a while at this rate XD. Take the time to massage your face and enjoy the slight minty cooling effect 8D.

I can say it definitely removes all the excess oil really well and no tightening on the face which is good =D I might consider purchasing the full-sized bottle or the trail set (RM79) just to see the long term effects.

CandyliciousCat's Giveaway

Hello pipol~~ *kisskiskiss* I'm having this small giveaway to thank you wonderful people for reading my blog =D Should've done this when my blog was 1 year old but it didn't cross my mind. There's 3 sample packs to be given away and each pack has one of my favorite products *o*. I've tried dividing the samples equally so hope you lucky people will like it :3 Each sample pack has 2 masks and 4 other samples ranging from skin care to cosmetics to perfume. I shall not reveal what's in each pack 8D just to be fair.

So... if you want those goodies all you got to do is email me at genjo_sanzo88@yahoo.com with your name, contact number, shipping address and tell me what do you like about this blog of mine XP. Giveaway shall run until WEDNESDAY and I'll pick the best entries X3. Oh there's a condition once you've won the stuff. You'll have to review at least ONE of the products in the sample pack. It doesn't matter if you email me your review, blog about it or put it on Facebook notes as long as it's a review. Reason for doing so is because I won't have a chance to try these products myself and I'd appreciate it if you could give me your review about it. Hey I won't even mind if you tell me about it through MSN.

Lastly, thank you all for reading my blog this past 1 year ;w; and terribly sorry for the men XD

Backtrack

Hard to blog without the camera D8 so much stuff I wanna tell. Previously I typed an emo post but decided not to post it since this blog is suppose to be about happy stuff~

Freebie Haul
Got my Anna Sui and RMK freebies. The makeup artist however is another story. Not really an experienced one =(. No makeup artist in my entire life has applied eyeshadow using their FINGERS >_>. I'm shocked honestly.

Watsons Visit
Dropped by Watsons and I'm happy to see that they've brought in the BRTC BB cream to the shelves. Good thing I didn't bother the buy the samples from LowYat XD;; The BB cream is very thick and gives my skin some sticky feel =(

Hand Cream Finds
Tried the infamous Crabtree hand therapy cream and not very happy about it. I'm looking for something that will absorb into the skin instead of making a protective layer around it cuz I'll be washing my hands often and don't wanna have the oily feeling. Prolly will look for some aloe vera gel.

and now I go nap before I go screech my lungs out. =D

Rotten Luck

*huffs* It's one of those days where everything just fucks up. This is one of the unluckiest days of the year =_=;; Started off with the DBKL clinic being an ass by refusing to reprint my Typhoid jab card. Don't know what shitty info they told my mum cuz seemingly she spoke with one of them and they said it can be reprinted for RM1. The trip wasted since it I had to make a detour from my journey to PJ =.= then the usual epic jam on the federal that never cease to end. The roads are jammed 24/7 =A=.

Then previously last night, my computer decided that it's a great time to go ZAP and restart! Teri said it might be overheated which I suspect the same =( I'm glad the laptop served me for 3 years+ with no problems *hugs her lappie* please be okay ;w;

After my consultation with Mr. Raduan, drove to SS2 to have lunch with King and exchanged movies and doramas. Now at least I have a few movies to catch up to. Left the place early since thought I'd pay Jared a visit and that's where the next 2 disasters happened D8. My specs went missing, either crushed by a car or stolen by the workers at Hailam Kopitiam and I banged my car against some rat ass double parked car so I did what every existing good-natured citizen would do...

.

.

.

.

RUN! DRIVE AWAY! DON'T LOOK BACK!

Okay no I didn't exactly run away, there was just no place to stop the car to check the damage cuz the whole stretch of road is double parked by idiots so I stopped at the next corner and got down to see. Thankfully not a scratch but now I'm as blind as a bat when driving and gonna have to fight for the PC with my brother =w=;; I did look at my rear mirror and saw the guy coming out to check the damage on his car @w@.

Of course my entire day wasn't made entirely out of crap. I do appreciate all the blessings that happened... or ALL THE FREEBIES I GOT 8D. Dropped by some opening of a shop selling beauty products in Jaya One. The shop is managed by an old man and his son mostly selling Korean cosmetics and skin care products. Currently, walk-in customers will received a flyer which entitles you to redeem a free collagen face mask (NP: RM3.90). They have quite a wide variety of masks catered to women of all ages and 1 mask particularly for the men >D.

Masks I purchased. The store had a promotion, buy 1 free 1 so bought 4 masks all together + 1 free mask from the flyer redemption. The mens mask is missing since I gave it to Jared.

Got an extra BB cream sample from him =D and yes the shop's name is The Hayan =)

Wahaha the jewel of the day. There's a print on one of the first few pages of MYC magazine. Flash the print and receive a 3pc starter kit XD. The box looks like a pack of green tea @A@

In the box, under all the pamphlets, wrapped in fragile paper lies these cute 3 bottles~ The lotion, mask and pore serum 8D. Dang I have yet to start using my Laneige pore kit which was redeemed in April/May.

Of Peeling

As of today, I've given myself the title Junior Master of orange peeling D: Third day of my work and I can catch up to the rest of the crew at peeling oranges. Today we had 2 cartons of oranges which is close to 200+ oranges if not mistaken D: Thank god they were done by noon with 2 of us to peel. I notice my skin has started peeling as well =( not sure whether it's the sanitizer at my workplace since I encountered the same problem when I was working at Starbucks but as for now *rubs Garnier mousturising essence* until I can buy Crabtree's hand therapy cream.

After work, I went to redeem my Clinique and BodyShop samples. I'm very grateful to the sale assistants for treating me darn well despite my attire x_X. Alex from Clinique was exceptionally helpful, I'm starting to think all Clinique SA's are awesome 8D. Wanted to redeem my Anna Sui perfume sample and Bobbi Brown foundation sample too but it was 5pm and I wanted to get home before the jam starts.

My Clinique eye cream sample. I love the casing =D

My Tea Tree mask sample from Body Shop. Might try it tonight =D

Beauty 9 Expo Injury

I've never been so heartbroken and happy at the same time TT__TT. I made a spontaneous decision to go there many thanks to Sylvene and Kikyo showing me their hauls D8. Total spent: RM200+ I didn't know there was a second hall and I already spent RM100 in the first hall so I practically went ballistic when I stepped into the second hall as it has all the make up and hair care stuff. I wish I was a rich bitch ;w;

This hall.... takes the cake! So many make up booths and I found my Naturactor foundation for an awesomely bargain price 8D. Got a very decent pair of make up brushes too :3 and a good face scrub for my skin. After 21 years of living, I'm finally using a face scrub >3<. The rest of my haul is all face masks, face masks and face masks. Thanks to Joanne for sharing some with me TwT I wouldn't know how to finish all those by myself ;w; Pics are still in her camera so I'll just sit tight and wait as for now =D

The breakdown is:
Collagen Crystal Face Mask - RM10, 4pcs
Collagen Paper Mask - RM25, 10pcs
Tea Tree Acne Rubber Mask - RM15, 500gm
Make Up Brushes - RM50, NP: RM100
Naturactor Foundation - RM45, 2 shades =D *most worth buy*
Polynia Exfoliation Face Scrub - RM79, buy 1 free 1

It's maggi for the rest of the month ><, been ages since I've starved =(. I honestly didn't expect to throw self-control out the window and spend this much *sighs*. Looking at the stuff I bought, it'll benefit me in the long term that's for sure.

Midnight Owl

My body clock needs to be reset so I'm staying up for the night =(. I epicly woke up at 4pm for the whole week sad to say. Part of the blame goes to Gossip Girls and FMA, I've been on a marathon watching the whole of season 2, part of season 3 and FMA until episode 26.

Lack of sleep or sleeping at the wrong time also meant my pimples didn't have time to recover so my face still looks like crap. Many thanks to Hida from Petite Touch for saving my face and making me look presentable for Teri's party ;w; I shall now look into Naturactor products, might just start buying their foundation since it's only RM45 =D.

My face of the day at the party~ =D I love makeovers because they do excellent eye makeup for me <3 making my eyes look bigger. Photo by Gwen.

Today's party made me realize that I can be a real party pooper since I hate mess, with a lot of emphasis on the mess word. Don't know what gets me so worked up when mess happens D=

My pay has yet to arrive but I'm already day dreaming on what to get D8. There's just so many things for I wanna get =/ Bohoo for student life =( There's the Clinique 3-step skin care set I wanna get, then the Naturactor foundation + powder set for my cosplay investment, Shu Uemura's cleansing oil has been on my list for a while too and the Benefit beauty set which has Dandelion and Benetint, 2 things that I've been dying to get my hands on. *headwalls*

I'm Blank

Lately I don't feel that motivated to blog about things that happened during the week cuz it's been nothing but full of procrastination and laziness. For today I bring in another freebie that came through my inbox. Bobbi Brown is having an event to promote their foundation. Just hop in any of their outlets and request any of the sales assistants to help you achieve perfect looking skin then take home a complimentary perfect foundation sample.

Very similiar to the Clinique event last month but this is one sample I'll definitely ask my friends to try and grab as I've been worshipping their products eversince I went for one of their makeovers. It's time to share the magic~ Bobbi Brown does give the impression that it caters towards the older women but it's done wonders on my complextion compared to other brands XD. I'll try and get a before and after picture to blog along when I can.... once the pimple rampage has passed that is.

Freebie-ism

Woke up horribly late and missed lunch with Ashlyn. Epic first time waking up at 3pm. Then got dragged out for an evening with Jared =D to a Hokkien mee parteh lol.

The spread that can feed more than 5 people.

MooMoo and Tok Janggut posing with Jack n Jill's Unagi Flavoured potato chips XD;;

My Shu Uemura cleansing oil sample which I finally got after my second attempt. Go me~

And I has twitter too D: please add Can_Cat.

As you can see.... this post is epicly short and rushed because.... *rushes off to watch Gossip Girl*

Little Hat

My mini hat that made me troll 3 shopping malls.

I only need it once, then I'm letting it go for RM20, any buyers before I put it up on the forums? =P Suppose to go to the DBKL clinic, leech anime from Teri and visit Jared but I ended up staying at home the whole day =3= cuz I was just too lazy to get out of bed.

My New Love~

Hai~~~ I'd like to announce my new lurve~~~ <3

*screams* Dress from Envee TwT

It's another tunic! The turquoise one I saw last week had the bubbly effect which I hated but the material and color is gorgeous. This is exactly what I'm looking for =D Chffon. Flair. and no bubble effect! *kisses*. The dress comes with a hefty price tag though =.=;; RM189 the fark... and the bubbly one is only RM139, from the same shop too I might add D8. If it weren't for Coffy, the money from grandma would've been long gone by now. I know I can find this kind of dress at a cheaper rate >_> and the dress sold at Envee is too long for me anyway so please look out for any dresses similar to this guys! *_* Thank yew~

Today I feel a sense of accomplishment, guess that's cuz I started working at 8am then manage to get my mini top hat, yay to Tropicana Mall.

A Visit To Chic Pop

Somehow it was a stroke of luck that I didn't attend the Hennessy Artistry since I heard it was jam packed.

Hur, I woke up at the crack of dawn... ok just kidding, it was only at 8am. The reason? to perform my weekly chore of cleaning my room and rush out to the Chic Pop bazaar at Zouk, KL. Surprisingly I arrived TOO early, public transportation gets too efficient at times XD;; Signed up at the entrance booth, received some samples and rushed inside for a quick look. Lecka-lecka was at the entrance but there was no ice-cream at their booth =w=;; guess I was too early.

Za and The Body Shop samples =D

I'm just itching to rant about the behavior of the vendors. They seriously need to be educated on basic customer service. Have they been communicating through emails too often till they've forgotten how to serve customers face to face? Normally when a customer approaches and browses through the shop or booth in this case, the salesperson either:

a) Looks at you and smile
b) Say hi
c) Ask 'What are you looking for?' or
d) 'How can I help you?'

Well most of them picked the option d) Ignore or e) Talk to partner. If it's just one or two I can just let it slide and curse silently but I'm talking about EVERY. SINGLE. BOOTH that I visited =.= and I'm not even including the ones who were busy setting up. So it didn't take me long to cover the bazaar. The lighting was just too dim to browse for clothes. In a way, I'm lucky enough to be saving money I guess.

Even though I said, I wouldn't be able to attend the meeting, I was the first to be there. *facepalms* Oh hail efficient public transportation which only works on Sunday mornings XD;;

Sausage fest at TMNK's new house was awesome =D. Been ages since I've attended outings like this :3

Frus Oh Frus

Yesterdays hunt at Mid Valley was depressing. I didn't find the top hat or get any bargains >_< but at least I got my Vichy samples and drooled over a fabulous turquoise dress in Envee. Tomorrow I shall head to Zouk for Chic Pop bazaar then stop by Sungei Wang to repair my specs, go to Imbi and get my printer ink then join Jared at Times Square.

L'occitane's Members Event at Mid Valley. I was quite impressed that such a small booth was decorated nicely =D

Honestly I have no mood to blog since I don't have the camera and I'm darn pissed thanks to the bitch and son of a bitch D= Hope tomorrow is a better day.

Anyways here's a question for you girls/guys with beautiful looking skin. Comment on this entry and tell me your daily skin regime. Include the brand of product you guys use too :3. Example: Scrub/Cleanse ---> Toner ---> Mask/Moisturizer ---> (Any meds to control skin conditions)

Cleanser: ~H2o Oasis Cleansing Water
Mask: My Scheming Green Tea Mask
Moisturizer: Garnier Aqua Defense Moisturizing Essence
Meds: DalacinT for acne control

Penguin Walk!

October crawls in which means it's officially the start of my 3 weeks of semester holidays and also.... 2 MONTHS before the submission of my first draft. Argh feels like I got slapped in the face as realization slowly sinks into my skull. First week of holidays are already used to clear some stuffs so this Monday I'm hoping to hit the library to accomplish 1-2 chapters. I'm just too darn lazy to squint at my advisor's doctor handwriting.

My 2 new books XD Presents from my aunt and mum's friend.

The week has been awesome with work and hanging out with Jared. Suppose to go to some screening at Actors Studio but heard KL was jam packed after some tremors so our plans were cancelled. Instead, we spent the night watching a chic movie and cleaning out wax >D. I wish it was wax used to wax Jared's feet but it's candle wax haha.

Work has left my body aching which is just sad since it's only been 2 days of work. We had to peel 2 boxes of oranges everyday and you'll be grateful for that job if you're someone as small as me x_X. Skinning pineapples and scooping frozen yogurt is a torture. Some stuff is placed on high places and the juicers are big D=. Well I'm certainly not complaining about the rest of the crew. They're all a bunch of very easy going people. My hands and legs are aching that I have to walk like a penguin for the next few days >w<.
