The renowned Brazilian flip-flop brand Havaianas marked it's 50th year this 2012. Quite an accomplishment for a brand that has only been selling flip flops XD. To celebrate their 50 years of success, Havaianas launched their limited edition of flip flops. This limited edition 50th Anniversary pair is a tribute to Havaianas original design featuring 2 coloured soles and baby blue straps. Only 50,000 pairs of this model were produced and all proceeds will be donated to UNICEF to support its projects in Brazil.
During the celebration period,
Havaianas Malaysia organized sort of a lucky draw where they had about 80 Havaianas 50 Anos pairs to be given away :D. All you had to do was fill up a form and you'll be in the running to win Havaianas merchandise!
Honestly I don't own any Havaianas flip flops as they're quite pricey. I do own a pair of Ipanema and it already feels like my wallet is crying blood D: So thank you
