Before The End

*squints hard* Omigosh been more than a month since I last blogged!! I'm so sorry T_T as I was caught up in a lot of things, it was pretty hard to edit my photos T3T. Well here's a summary of what's been happening for the last 1 month.

New Workplace
Yeap, changed to a new job after almost 3 years. Pure luck that my resume went around and got a spot at the company. Some people were surprised, some asked me if I've died yet and some were gushing how good it was. Believe me, it isn't. The circumstances aren't as good as what I hoped but if I make it through, it'll make a good addition to my resume :).

Some small perks I enjoy is the free breakfast and being able to travel by LRT. These 2 help me save A LOT. Bad side is, there's no Chinese mixed rice nearby the area so I normally eat VERY little for lunch. I'm still trying to adjust at my workplace, finding myself extremely lethargic after work (despite coming home earlier) and the amount of acne/bumps sprouted ever since I started work isn't funny.

So here's to hoping a year of survival for 2013 *clinks glass with monitor*

Comic Fiesta 2012!!
The long awaited end year event has finally come and go!!! Entering a new workplace and with CF around the corner was the worst time for me. I spent the week before CF sleeping at 3am, waking up at 7am. Come back by 8pm to do house chores then continue working on costumes till the wee hours of the morning. Repeat process x7. Thankfully I didn't plan on having any elaborate costumes for the year or else I'd be dead.

Day 1 Costume

Had so much headache trying to find the right fabric color for her costume and also her wig color!!! Omg damn difficult to find the most accurate wig color! This was the best color I could find that would appeal in photographs >w<. Costume done by Ms Tan's Tailoring.

The iris flowers were another nightmare. I found out no one supplies fake iris flowers in KL so I had to specially order from Taobao. 3 miserable pieces for RM50 >_< Belt was also done last minute due to a miscalculation but glad it turned out well :D

Day 2 Costume

Firstly... I'm sorry I got the hand sign wrong T___T forgive me!!! *bows* I'm just a small boy~~~ Finally able to cosplay this series!!! One of the first anime I watched on AXN together with Saiyuki :D I love love love love Mao but due to lack of resources (picture refs & budget), I had this costume on hold for a VERY long time. I ended up buying 2 types of blue wigs because I can't make up my mind which wig looks better in photos lolol. Thanks to Jared for helping with the Super Chef logo ^w^V. Costume done by Yori Tailoring Services which turned out to be a CF member I knew back in 2009 haha.

Oh fortunately I also manage to find the black 'capalang' wok at Jusco! Perfect for Mao's era XD;;; The only problem is that it was too bulky to be carried around the hall filled with thousands of people during event day @_@. Oh well~ there's always photoshoot~

Cosplaying Mao forced me to dabble with some prop making. I had to make a cleaver since a real one could make children cry 8D. I still hate prop-making because of the mess it makes. I've scratched the family marble table and also accidentally sprayed over condo property *shhhh*.

This year, Comic Fiesta invited Bless4 to the event! <3 There was a night concert during Day 1 and everyone who attended got the chance to High 5 all the Bless4 members! :D

Cosplay Ball

Last event of the year~ Decided to go to see what's all the fuss about :D I'd say it's so-so. If you don't but the early bird price, you'd be crying at what you get haha. Thank god I have old CF member peeps like Hito, RRJ and Silvy or else I'd feel super lonely >_<

I'm off to a NYE parteh right after work so thought I better churn out this post ASAP before the year ends~ There's still pictures of the gifts and souvenirs that I received during the last 2 weeks but no time to extract from camera @_@. My New Love, Box! ......and a chunk of rants.

Hmmm my Valentine's was spent with an object. A box. Oh I'm making it sound so sad when I'm actually CRAZY OVER A BOX!!! We had a delivery on Monday, some Ikea stuffs for one of our projects so the guys assembled and left the huge box in the office.

For those who don't know, I've officially resigned from Comic Fiesta. Some dick decided to pull a 'listen-to-what-I-have-to-say-first-and-let-me-finish-then-oh-you-were-saying?' THE FUCK. It's been ages since I've felt THIS pissed and I still feel just as pissed as I was even though this happened more than 24 hours ago.

Well guess what, the reason I quit CF is because of me and nothing but me! I shall use this as an official reason just so that no one bothers to reason with me and apparently it's the only reason that HE will side me for it. Yeap it's me and not that anyone else's problem. I'm just the problematic bitch and everyone is perfect and dandy~ Now the whole world is satisfied and at peace YAY!

Yes indeed it's ME. Because I have a problem with the latest structure and people fitted in it. Because I can forsee shit happening and I don't wanna be a part it. Because I believe that nothing is going to change. But nooooooo people are telling me I'm not giving it a chance and telling me its childish to leave right after AGM.

If I leave before AGM, I won't know who's the new comm of 2011.

When I left right after AGM, I am called childish.

If I leave halfway, people will tell me it's not right to leave halfway and stick through till the event is over then leave which will be TOO LATE by then.

So tell me, when the FUCK is the right time to leave.

It's like when you go for a job interview and got accepted, it comes down to signing the employment letter and get chained. You start to notice that the environment is not how you thought it was, you might not be comfortable with the T&C in the letter or you think that you might not be able to handle the job responsibilities and maybe other reasons that make you not sign the letter. Well, SAME FUCKING THING. SO HOW DOES THIS MAKE ME CHILDISH?! It's not as though I left my job hanging unlike some idiots nor does it require me to find a successor so what the fuck is the big deal.

Well I regretted saying anything. I should've just kept my bloody mouth shut unless I have something good to say about anything cuz that's the only thing people want to hear. God I should've just said I wanna leave CF for personal reasons, period. *goes regret in the pit of despair*

This marks the end of my studies wohoo~!

Yes it happened last week but I was too busy with the Kiehl's party and CF >w< I remember in January when me and Audrey were complaining that CF was ages away and now omg it's just passed @A@. Another 365 days to CF 2010 XD;;

CF2009

• Secret Santa Coffy and it was tiring. Whole day of running, I've never worked so hard for CF in my entire life >< and I'm so sad that I missed half of the epic cosplayers


• Giving out candy was nice. Sad MooMoo box went missing =(


• The whole 3 days I was at Sunway, I ate fast food for all 3 meals


• I love Sunway Tower rooms =D We got the Premium room on the first day and the Twin Suite (which was much better!!) on the second day


• Karie is a 200% Jesuke fan


• Twilight bashing fest of course

Movie Marathon

• Princess and the Frog - A classic Disney movie with a Ne-Yo as the ending song is a total killer.


• Zombieland - Gross and a sick sense of humor.


• Avatar - Typical plot. Nothing special except for the graphics and design for the creatures.


• Tropicana Mall wins my vote for best place to watch movie. Cheap parking AND tickets.

That's pretty much my life update from the time I went AWOL till today. Christmas outings will be in my next entry.
