Rosti oh Rosti~ I'm mad for Rosti~

This week marks the end of the long string of holidays T___T No more public holidays till May!!! *sobs* this is why I can't go to Singapore yet XD;;; I'm just so pampered by Malaysian public holidays hehe~ We had Monday and Tuesday as a holiday so I thought of heading out for some market research~

Had a nasty fall on Monday followed by a fever, cough, cold and diarrhea in the next 24 hours.... Let me introduce you to my new best friends...

The lipbalm was a life savior, one of the best I've used. Should probably put it on my review list :D. Being sick didn't stop me from doing my other shiz!

Went to a friend's birthday partyyyyy

Party was held at Marche! I've never been to the place but have read up on their Marketplace Dining concept so was curious to try.

We were given a passport at the entrance and it gets stamped after every order. At the end of the meal, the passport will be given to the cashier to calculate X3 It's like dining at a very expensive food court with better food XD;;

Potter had kindly set a menu for all the guests but I ended up taking the ala carte passport since I was still having flu and cough, can't really eat much =(

The only place I know that has rosti besides Outpost cafe which closed some time ago. The rosti wasn't very crispy and it's horribly oily but for this much and RM14.90, it's not too bad :D. I have such a huge rosti craving now T_T;; I'm gonna hunt every single cafe in KL that sells rosti next!

Pokainess in the Month of April

I used to hate June/July due to so many babies born on that month. Now I'm adding April to the list!!!! There were 4 birthdays this month! D:

The there was Jared's birthday too. No pictures available since they were all so blur >_> Big boss' birthday was this month, thankfully we didn't do much since she's in Singapore (phew!). On top of those birthdays, there were irresistible buys >w<

Got a diffuser for my room since my dad complained non-stop about the smell. But I find my room smell comforting =3=

So many nice promo's for this month too!

Ok that wasn't much. The one that killed the most were my car repairs. My car skidded on the SPRINT highway (again!) thanks to my awesome driving. The SPRINT highway is normally very free in the direction heading to KL. On that particular day, it just rained so the roads were wet and I didn't expect a jam up ahead so I jammed on the breaks which caused the car to skid. When I tried to press the accelerator, both the accelerator and the breaks were locked as though blocked by something @A@. I turned off the engine and restarted again and the car turned out fine @A@. Now I'm wondering whether its some locking mechanism for the car =/

The next day, I sent the car for a check up. Tried the service center at Kepong since I had the coupon for a full check up at a discounted price =D. They did a thorough check up and found that my car battery needs changing and also my gear oil is leaking. All in all the cost went to RM490 in total but I'm planning to push the gear oil change to next month T_T. My car battery hasn't been changed since the day I bought my car so that was more urgent XD;; Plus the service guy said the gear oil is still good to go.

So overall, I'm horribly pokai T_T especially for April/May. Gah *pulls hair* my cosplay plans get delayed again. I'm wondering whether should I just try my luck in Singapore, my living expenses gets to be reduced by half D8. My mind keeps wondering how do I save up for a house? how can I even save for a new laptop? HOW CAN I EVEN SAVE WHEN MONEY FLIES FOR EXPENSES AND NECESSITIES!!!!! *pulls hair*

Something delicious I discovered at the Dim Sum place today. Banana wrapped with red bean paste and some crispy stuff.

Thanks for the Dim Sum treat today Jon T_T I really need to treat that bugger one fine day rawr! I'm now opting to stuff every cent (almost) into my fixed deposit account. Hopefully with the little digits left in my bank, I'll be so depressed to think of buying anything.

It's A Good Good Night

Yesterday I got a random sms in the afternoon from Sylvene saying she's got an extra ticket for Arthur's Day so I changed and joined Teri's car trip in record speed. Met Jonathan and oh god the amout of trash talk! >A< It's one of those days where you laugh and squeal till your jaw hurts XD;;

The concert was not bad, I love the company =D and really enjoyed the night 8D.

Today.... hur hur chocolate overdose day. The gathering at Schokolart was awesome. I'm glad everyone manage to mingle around nicely X3 Presents ahoy!

I'm surprised I didn't spend anything on my trip to melaka! 8D (except food). GACC this year brought me back to the old times in CF 2005 where I mingled and made tons of friends like a newbie, oh wait.. I was XD. Then in 2006 till 2008 I was in the comm so there was barely anytime to chat with anyone. Being photographer for once allowed gave me more freedom @_@

Special thanks to Eric for the KL-Melaka ride, Philip for bringing us around T_T (we're extra baggage orz) and Cuti.com for reserving Kings for us 3 weeks to GACC!! 8D

Movie + Shopping + Yamcha + A Whole Lot More Goodness

Mamma Mia is a damn awesome movie! Amanda Seyfried has a wonderful sweet innocent voice! *O* The ending had a bunch of killers XD The music is just wonderful but I think the entrance for some of the songs is just.... odd. Went shopping too and I'm in love with a top in Padini XD;;;

After movie, it was a yamcha which turned out into a surprise birthday celebration for me @_@;;; Thank you guys!!! >w< The gifts are just wonderful and I really need to get a vase this time hahaha. Went to the Lookout Point Tower, there were people kissing and panting.... I shall not explain further lololol.

Maybe I'm being paranoid, but is he even allowed to show the teasers?

A piece of good news before I hit the sack. I've been selected to take care of 7 Japanese exchange students next week! XD Briefing is this coming Wednesday! Time to brush up on my Jap *o*!
