Again another hiatus from me... I should really try blogging on the go soon... Anyways, here's just to show what I've been up to.

Attended C2AGE 2013
I went for HELP's ACG college event held at their CAT campus near Chan Sow Lin. It was the most horrible 2 hours of my life.... not only because I had my shitty ass to a shitty event but my sole purpose going there was to make a transaction, only to have the other party not showing up because... HER PHONE DIED likewut????

So there's me, rotting away, waiting for 2 stupid hours feeling like a fool at an event that's as boring as fuck unless you're a Reika stalker than yea you might go there and get an orgasm. What did Cheebs do for the 2 hours? Well she ended up having cool shots of her reaching up the ceiling of the event hall.

So much cooler than my own cosplay shots LOL

Finally have Insta!

I took over my dad's iPhone because he got an iPhone 5 for FREE lol. This is my second Apple gadget after the iBook G4 (yes that's ancient) and I downloaded Instagram the moment I got it HAHAHA. You're more than welcome to follow me *w*V. I'll normally post random stuff, don't worry, I won't post my daily meals up yet unless I'm eating at good places lol! XD

Expect lots of iPhone/Insta photos on my blog... cuz it's easier than bringing my digital camera around XD;;

Learning to Sew

Omg yes you read that right! I'm learning how to sew for my next cosplay project XD;; and it involves a lot of pink and yellow~ I don't think I'll be learning to sew my other costumes..... after being exposed to how sewing works... I can honestly say I don't think I can have the patience and time to make my own costumes...

There's so much left to do, hope I can make it in time uhuhuhuhu T__T. I still need to do some painting and have the wings done :S

New Discoveries
In the last 48 hours,  was doing some research when I saw a snippet of Senki Zesshō Symphogear. It was a performance on one of their songs Gyakkou no Flugel and it looked very promising *_*. The anime's similar to Macross Frontier so if you liked macross, go give SZS a watch :D. For those who are curious, here's the vid that sold me :)

Spa Party? Oh Yes Me Needs One! ;_;

Ever since I joined my new agency life, the last couple of months has been a rough road for me. Everyday I wake up at 7am, reach work by 8.30am, clock in about 12 hours average and reaching home by 11pm and if I'm 'lucky' enough, continue working after a shower then sleeping by 1am (if there's no work).

Me right now at 2.30am still working on a presentation for a 9.30am meeting....

My unhealthy hours plus my unhealthy diet has left me fat and a zombie faced *points down*

• Fotobox - I've never experience fun photobooths, other than when I go take my passport picture LOL so am really excited to find out what will be in store for the Spa Party *_*

Idea on the experience with fotobox. I hope photos will be printed for us to keep for memories *_* (if I can score the invite of course hehe)

• Tres Chic Party Planner - Coincidentally, I attended my friend's baby shower just a few days ago which was also organized by Tres Chic! and I must say they did a lovely job :D  felt like I was attending a cosy tea party.

• The Body Shop Malaysia - A major beauty brand that is a retailer of natural products. I've been a fan of their brushes and also recently, the Deep Sleep pillow mist that I got from Bag of Love :D 
• so Soft. so JOHNSON'S® - Oh my, I never knew they re-branded themselves until recently *ashamed*. I still remember using their body lotion and their no more tears shampoo as a kid :P. 
• Havaianas Malaysia - Only the most comfortable pair of flip-flops in the world!!! I had a pair myself.... until my mum took it ;_;.... here's to hoping to get another pair soon. *prays*

With that many collaborations.... WHO WOULD MISS THIS? ( ಠ.ಠ) There shouldn't even be a reason for me to miss this awesome possum event! I've seen how Tammy works so hard finding sponsors and I've enjoyed attending her events. If anything... there's 10 partners there, I'm expecting 10 TIMES the fun together with 50 of the lucky beauties - Reason 1 for anyone NOT to miss this event.

I look forward to the thought of being able to escape from work, from the house and being pampered on hand and feet (maybe body and face too? *grins*). The idea of relaxing and catching up with people while being taken care of instead of taking care of people for a just a moment sounds heavenly (´∀｀)♡ which gives me another reason not to miss out on this Spa Party  ☆～（ゝ。∂）

Getting an invite to this Spa Party would be a good excuse for me to catch up with bloggers :) There's only 4 weekends a month and I have to split it between family, work (no shit), cosplay, CF, chores, friends, boyfie, blogging and the list just goes on. I don't go to blogger events that much and often when I meet the bloggers at another event, it feels like I'm meeting new people all over again since I hardly know much about them ><. So this here is my initiative to try and go meet more bloggers at the next upcoming event! >w<b

String of Events

Yea yea it's been a while since I've blogged. Haven't been working on my cosplay projects or blogging anything this year thanks to work. Once I reach home, I watch Anime, read BL till its time to sleep ~_~ Hopefully in the next 2-3 weeks will be the last of my hectic days *prays*. Anyways, just summarizing what I've been up to for the last 3 months before I blog about the last event I went to :D

Weddings
Beginning of the month, I attended 2 weddings @_@ 1 was Ayase's and the other was Jared's cousin.

Nice mingling with the CF-ians that day and as usual, when CF-ians gather there's SURE to be dorama and gossip lololol. Thank you, Ayase for the invite :) It was a real honor to be there for your big day.

Jared's cousin's wedding was held at Banker's Club and boy does it look gorgeous! Felt so out of place in there @__@ and met all his relatives. Sad to say this place is out of bounds for cosplay shoots unless you can pull strings :P

CNY 2013
Every year CNY keeps getting less exciting :( Ever since my grandma passed away, the house has been quiet. It's disappointing that I only 'lou sang' TWICE for this year ;___;

Drank my first Apple Cider at the office CNY party :D and I felt so warm and fuzzy after just one bottle @_@. Was the first time I wore a wig to office since they had a theme and it was damn fun to hear all the whispering of people who were wondering who am I :P. No one could guess that it was me mwhahaha considering I'm still kinda new :P. Oh wells~

Meet Packie the Alpaca

Jared got him for me from Taiwan and now my bed is kinda flooded OAO. To date, I've got a pig, a seal, a large Pusheen plushie and now Packie who is larger than Pusheen occupying my bed @_@ and I have one more plushie coming in soon OTL

So yes... not much from me in the 3 months T_T which shows how busy I've been *sobs*. Look forward to my entry on Plusizekitted x OB Shu Uemura Event soon! :D

Before The End

*squints hard* Omigosh been more than a month since I last blogged!! I'm so sorry T_T as I was caught up in a lot of things, it was pretty hard to edit my photos T3T. Well here's a summary of what's been happening for the last 1 month.

New Workplace
Yeap, changed to a new job after almost 3 years. Pure luck that my resume went around and got a spot at the company. Some people were surprised, some asked me if I've died yet and some were gushing how good it was. Believe me, it isn't. The circumstances aren't as good as what I hoped but if I make it through, it'll make a good addition to my resume :).

Some small perks I enjoy is the free breakfast and being able to travel by LRT. These 2 help me save A LOT. Bad side is, there's no Chinese mixed rice nearby the area so I normally eat VERY little for lunch. I'm still trying to adjust at my workplace, finding myself extremely lethargic after work (despite coming home earlier) and the amount of acne/bumps sprouted ever since I started work isn't funny.

So here's to hoping a year of survival for 2013 *clinks glass with monitor*

Comic Fiesta 2012!!
The long awaited end year event has finally come and go!!! Entering a new workplace and with CF around the corner was the worst time for me. I spent the week before CF sleeping at 3am, waking up at 7am. Come back by 8pm to do house chores then continue working on costumes till the wee hours of the morning. Repeat process x7. Thankfully I didn't plan on having any elaborate costumes for the year or else I'd be dead.

Had so much headache trying to find the right fabric color for her costume and also her wig color!!! Omg damn difficult to find the most accurate wig color! This was the best color I could find that would appeal in photographs >w<. Costume done by Ms Tan's Tailoring.

The iris flowers were another nightmare. I found out no one supplies fake iris flowers in KL so I had to specially order from Taobao. 3 miserable pieces for RM50 >_< Belt was also done last minute due to a miscalculation but glad it turned out well :D

Firstly... I'm sorry I got the hand sign wrong T___T forgive me!!! *bows* I'm just a small boy~~~ Finally able to cosplay this series!!! One of the first anime I watched on AXN together with Saiyuki :D I love love love love Mao but due to lack of resources (picture refs & budget), I had this costume on hold for a VERY long time. I ended up buying 2 types of blue wigs because I can't make up my mind which wig looks better in photos lolol. Thanks to Jared for helping with the Super Chef logo ^w^V. Costume done by Yori Tailoring Services which turned out to be a CF member I knew back in 2009 haha.

Oh fortunately I also manage to find the black 'capalang' wok at Jusco! Perfect for Mao's era XD;;; The only problem is that it was too bulky to be carried around the hall filled with thousands of people during event day @_@. Oh well~ there's always photoshoot~

Cosplaying Mao forced me to dabble with some prop making. I had to make a cleaver since a real one could make children cry 8D. I still hate prop-making because of the mess it makes. I've scratched the family marble table and also accidentally sprayed over condo property *shhhh*.

Last event of the year~ Decided to go to see what's all the fuss about :D I'd say it's so-so. If you don't but the early bird price, you'd be crying at what you get haha. Thank god I have old CF member peeps like Hito, RRJ and Silvy or else I'd feel super lonely >_<

I'm off to a NYE parteh right after work so thought I better churn out this post ASAP before the year ends~ There's still pictures of the gifts and souvenirs that I received during the last 2 weeks but no time to extract from camera @_@. So Ends Another Chapter.....

The last time I had such a painful ending was back in 2007. Today marks my last day at my office for my first job. Amazing how fast time flies @_@ and how painful it was to submit my resignation. So much confused feels but I knew it was something I HAD to do. Will definitely miss everyone and all the silly stuff we did T_T.

It was a good 2 years and 9 months T__T

My new job will be based in KL.... will definitely miss the PJ yamcha sessions, visiting Char Siew Pao, cloth hunting in Kamdar, and also the Selangor holidayssssss :( First 6 months will definitely be a struggle for me but if I can pull through, it'll be very worth it!

Of Throwing Tantrums and a Little Splurging

Don't you just hate it when everything starts falling apart before an important appointment? =/ For me, my face gives me problems before the important day.... I'm missing Taylors Asaban Fest to nurse my pimples.  Started growing into a cyst during AniManGaki and I've been scrubbing it vigorously over the last 2 days just to break the skin layer so that the pus and blood can come out. Sounds gross but drying out won't work since the pimple is full of blood and I have a VERY important photoshoot next weekend DX.

Then my last visit to my usual Beauty Salon was another nightmare. The beautician was a noob and didn't thread my eyebrows well... it's only been a week but the hairs have already started growing =_= so I have to visit another Salon to get it threaded for my interview on Monday..... I got my underarms waxed as well at my usual salon and to my horror, they changed the wax and did not inform me of the price change! The waxing price increased by almost DOUBLE! I don't think I'll be going back there anymore *sigh* Even the waxing work was shoddy... a bit hard to explain but to put it short, there were still dried bits of wax after my treatment =_=. I was very angry especially since I've been going to this salon since my college days.... but I was in a rush so couldn't throw a tantrum zzzzz.

Anyways..... remember the Guardian voucher I got back in July? Well here's the goodies I bought with it :D

All groceries/necessities :D Got the Watermelon Frost to treat my ulcers on my gums, acne patches hopefully it can help me continue draining the pus out as I sleep, shampoo since I'm almost fresh out. Been wanting to try Schwarzkopf's lower end range that Guardian brings in but only certain Guardian stocks it. This one has been repackaged I think as the previous designs were in red, pink or yellow depending on the hair type. 

A little sneak peak of what I got in the mail on Friday. This is the holy grail of Cosplay foundation :D. I bought the China made ones from the Beauty Expo few years ago but now I thought of giving a try to the original? XD

Achievements Unlocked!

Yay! Got a bunch of good news and achievements rolling in this week, some I can't tell yet but I'd really like to scream happily about some things over here so bear with me! :D

1. 15 July 2012 - Yay for Retainers!
My braces for the top row of my teeth came off and I got my first set of retainers! :D

Clear retainers :D looks like Invisalign braces doesn't it? XD

The dentist gave me these Clear Retainers rather than the standard retainers since I've got a sensitive gag reflex. Oh they had such a hard time trying to force the mold in my mouth even with the smallest size. I was gagging and even vomited once then they gave up and called the boss to do it lolz. 

The good thing about having these Clear Retainers is that I only have to wear them at night instead of the whole day for the next 6 months :3. The bad part is, I still get a slight gag reflex whenever my tongue touches the end of the retainers. So normally I start wearing it after my bath and don't talk to anyone lol. Even drinking water is a problem for me, I have to remove it first before drinking XD;; 

2. 16 July 2012 - 100th Workout Achieved :D

Finally achieved my 100th workout at gym after 1 year orz lazy me. I was absent for at least 2 whole months. One was because of work and the other was for a knee injury TwT but dammit it feels so good achieving 100 now! >A</

Catching Up and Pigging Out

Been stressed and depressed cuz that same person was being a dickhead as usual. Even with a semi-direct confrontation and I'm still waiting for an answer. Whether it's playing ignorant or no balls to answer, I'll bite the next time this happens... My tolerance is being pulled way past the limit....

Pusheeeeeeennnnn <3

I honestly still prefer the smaller Pusheen cuz of the expression XD;; The fur on the bigger Pusheen SPARKLES and it looks like it needs a trip to the groomers @_@. A bit disappointing honestly.... oh wells... both of them are occupying the space beside my pillow sitting on my books and handphone being the cats they are XD

The last 2 weeks been catching up with people + juggling gym after work hours. This week along I met up with 5-6 people that I've never met for months! Great to catch up~ :D I'm very glad I call and happy that they called me out too <3 Very happy that I'm not forgotten TwT

Darrell planned a surprise BBQ for Michy's birthday which turned into a Bacon Fest. We tried almost every bacon combination possible with all the food we had haha,

Finally had my Tamago Mentai fix >< and had more when I went out for dinner with Jonathan hoho~

Now I shall go shower and put on my foot mask and enjoy as much of my remaining Sunday as I can!!! *sobs*

So We Went To This Scandalous Event

So last week I went to my first ACG event (I guess it could be classified as that? lol) of the year. Decided to do something simple to move around easily. I ghetto cosplayed Shinobu from Junjou Romantica so that I can get the chance to test the eyebrow wax I got from a friend last year.

Pretty boy? 8D *gets whacked*

Oh the wax was a bitch to use orz and I need more bloody practice =( especially on drawing the eyebrows part ugh! 

So back to the event.... this event was honestly very badly promoted.... almost as bad as AFKL with all the anal and self contradicting nitty grits. The fee was ridiculously high and doesn't justify the amount of activities lined up for the event. The location was ridiculously far, about 40-50km from KL =A=. By now you'd probably be wondering why did I bother to haul my ass to the event when it already sounds so bad. Well.... I was just curious since this event had a certain theme to it. 

Event was quite small, about 120ppl max that attended? I'm not sure. We went 2 rounds around the area and then started rotting from boredom XD;;

Good thing was, it was easier for me to catch up with friends this event was small. There were shota butlers bringing food into the hall to sell. The food was also not bad and reasonably priced which was a plus for me. I didn't get to eat the food cuz they were sold out by the time I was hungry T_T such a pity.... They had sandwiches, cupcakes and ONIGIRIIIII >(

Those who were bored and had nothing to do brought and shared scandalous material =D I hope those pages aren't where the excitement starts XD;;;

By the time we reached home, we were so dead tired. Boredom really saps a lot of energy.... =3= Now working towards the photoshoot in which I need to get rid of my proximity issues asap OAO

7 Day Countdown!

It's a week before RAGE and I have so many things to do! In both office and home. I'm choked up to my neck that I bring my work home >_< so will have to juggle office work and my personal stuffs this week ;_;. Workplace is a landmine for the next few weeks, any wrong move and KABOOM! I'm praying nothing goes wrong this week ><

As for RAGE, settled accommodation and transport months ago when it was announced =D. For cosplay plans... I'm cosplaying from the series Working! for both days. Can't be bothered to make some complicated-epic-and-can't-move costume.

Day 1
Plan A FAILED.

I'm not manly enough!!!!

Suppose to cosplay Yamato-buchou from Prince of Tennis *sigh* but my face isn't mature enough so....

Executing plan B. Meeting the seller to collect my costume tomorrow hehe. Wig is a last minute order, hope it arrives by Friday haha or else I'm cosplaying myself for Day 1 lol.

Day 2
Collecting costume on Friday. Need to give the wig a cut, hopefully on Tuesday. Need to find cute hairpins too OAO which I hope to accomplish on Friday and double check whether I have knee length socks. Last minute visit to the print shop to see how fast would it take to make a hardcover book >_<.

PS: Oh my bad, it's a 6 day countdown? =P

So I Went Shopping Again *facepalms*

This was suppose to be another Tenipuri spazzing posts but I'll spare you all by showing more pictures of my impulse purchases this week *facepalms*

Not my purchase but these are souvenirs my dad got from Japan. These are handicrafts made by the blind and deaf in Japan so thought of sharing them :3

First impulse purchase lol! Pipit Zakka Store brought in a series of handmade Batu Seremban (which is sold out in a matter of 3 days WTF!). They were released on Thursday and now completely sold out the heck! I dropped by the store on Friday and there were only 3 left. I was hoping to get my hands on the green set and end up....

Only the black, yellow and purple set were left =( Ah wells at least I got my hands on a set for my own ><. The Five Stone set came in a pretty canvas bag with instructions printed on brown paper lolol Presentation: A+

Went material hunting with Valkyrie and Shirae today. We walked through the usual Bunga Reben and Kamdar first then Shirae introduced us to high class fabric shops with cloth cost as high as RM300 per meter OAO;;;; Lots of pattern cloth available there, very suitable for baju kurungs XD Thankfully I cleared about 50% of my cosplay stuffs so I wasn't looking for anything. 

Whole day I thought I won't be spending on anything except food and travel but I was dead wrong TAT. We always bound to spend when there's cash in our pockets OTL. I dropped by Nature Republic to stock up on my acne stickers but sadly they were out of stock so the sales assistant introduced me to some ampoules and aloe vera gel for irritated/acne skin.

Oooooh look what followed me home! T__T

Total for both items is about RM70 T_T and I'm really not happy with my impulse purchase *sobs* so these products better work!!! 

Pig Out @ The Hungry Hog

Valentines? Roses? Chocolate??? What the fuck is that? Yea yea call me the Valentine Grinch but the idea of having a day specifically just to buy my darling's love with roses and chocolates is such a turn off. True I did that in my freshmen year with my first but that was pretty much it. I'm not a big fan of receiving roses as well.... it's 10 minutes of happiness then the rest of the day pondering where to place the roses only to throw them when they wilt. Such a waste isn't it? (I think by now boyfie is super sad? lol)

I did receive chocolate though =P but not from Jared

Not as a Valentine gift though, got it as a souvenir from her trip to Rome XD;; Packaging is really weird with the cats on the box. Googled a bit and found out these chocolates are called Cat Tongues which is Katzenzungen in German. These chocolates are a treat in European countries and the chocolates are shaped in cat tongues. Thanks for the souvenir, Jia Chee~ 

While some couples flocked to posh restaurants during this commercialized event, we decided to go for a bacon fest at The Hungry Hog. Been dying to try the place for some time and people said the food is quite good. I got goosebumps when I read a foursquare tip about a hugeass cockroach climbing up someone's leg but it was too late! Already there waiting for Jared lololol

Interior was simple and clean though I wish the floors were white. Easier to spot roaches XD;;

My tea arrived with warm milk! Plus points for that though I wish they put it in a small jug with a spout =P makes it easier to pour into my tea.

My Bacon Spaghetti. I missed out the word 'chili padi' on the menu ;__; it was horribly spicy and oily orz

I felt the chili in my spaghetti overpowered the bacon T_T. I think my cough will go worse with the amount of greasy, oily, spicy food I took today lol.

No chocolates for Char Siew Pao but got her a treat instead =D
